Order Changes and Cancellations

Email service@drvoria.com within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and requested change.

Before fulfillment

We will make reasonable efforts to update or cancel the order before fulfillment begins. A request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

After processing or shipment

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing starts or the order ships. If a cancellation is approved after payment, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; the payment provider may need an additional 3-10 business days to post it.
