Track Order

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation with the tracking number and carrier link is sent to the email used at checkout. Carrier scans may take 2-5 business days to appear after dispatch.

If tracking is delayed

Standard transit normally takes 7-12 business days. If tracking remains unchanged beyond the expected window, contact the carrier and then email service@drvoria.com with your order and tracking numbers.

Marked delivered but not received

Check the delivery address, safe locations, household members and building reception. Contact the carrier first, then send us the order number and carrier response so we can help investigate.
