Shipping

How long does processing take?

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard transit normally takes 7-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $45 or more after discounts and before taxes, unless checkout shows a different rate for the destination.

Where are orders shipped from?

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner fulfillment facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, a tracking link is sent to the email used at checkout. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Returns and refunds

What is the return window?

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind or preference returns. We cover reasonable return shipping where we confirm an item was damaged, defective or incorrect and a return is required.

When will I receive a refund?

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection. Your payment provider may need an additional 3-10 business days to post the credit.

Changes and cancellations

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us within 24 hours of ordering. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing starts or the order ships.
