Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment authorization. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Personalized or made-to-order products may require additional production time when stated on the product page.

Estimated transit time

Standard delivery normally takes 7-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier congestion, customs review, weather, address issues or events outside our reasonable control.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of $45 or more after discounts and before taxes, unless a different rate is shown at checkout for the delivery destination.

Fulfillment locations

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner fulfillment facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number and carrier link are sent to the email used at checkout. Carrier scans may take 2-5 business days to appear after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or marked-delivered parcels

If tracking has not updated beyond the expected delivery window, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery address and safe locations, contact the carrier, and then email service@drvoria.com with your order number and tracking number. We will help investigate and provide an appropriate resolution after the carrier review.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We will try to update or cancel the order before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has started.
